Gum Package.

    

a)    What is the feeling you wanted your gum package to portray? How did you achieve this?

The feeling that I wanted my gum package to portray is a fruity, vibrant, and cool feeling. I achieved this feeling by, adding gum colours, and lots of bright fruity colours, plus many fun fruit shapes.

b)      Who are you targeting your gum to? How did you achieve this?

The people that I am targeting my gum to are, mostly people around the age of 12 to 24. I achieved this by, making it look fun, yet sopshiticated.

c)     What area in your design did you use Photoshop?

The area of my design that I used Photoshop is the detailing, and the brushes.

d)      More marks are given to designs that are custom created and not just taken from free vectors or free stock photography. What part of your gum package did you custom design?

The part of my gum package that I custom designed was, the detailing and also the brushes.

Tattoo/Logo.

     My tattoo represents me, by incorperating calm colours(light green and orange), and bolded letters-showing the boldness that I sometimes have in me. It also represents/reflects the “softness” that is in my personaility. 

     I designed my tattoo to represent all of the above by just choosing light colours that I like, writing my name, and bolding my initials and also adding a heart.

The Mind Blurr

 a) What were you trying to express and how did you achieve this?

In this picture I was trying express the feelings, and thoughts that I sometimes keep inside and show. I achieve this by making a combining different expressions, a few colours and key words.

b) What filters did you use and where?

The filters that I’ve used in this picture was: the noise filter, the sharpen filter, and the texture-texturize filter. Where did I use these filters? I used the mostly on each image of myself, to give it and unsual look.

c) What layer blending mode did you use and where?

The layer blending mode that I used was…

d) What special brush did you use and where?

The special brush that I used on my image was, the brush strokes-accented edges. I used it on the image in the back of the other images ..

To fix the newpaper article, I copied the newpaper, took a piece of the lady’s face, copied that too, then fliped it, I then blured off some bits and pieces and “burned” off some other parts to make it look well done. For the rest of the newpaper, I cloned it and then adjusted some of the coloring to make it realistic.

I basically used the magnetic tool, went around the eye…copied and paste it, then I flipped and tilted it, then after I tried to get the colour similar to the other eye.  

 

 

Born Into Brothels.

1)                  I enjoyed the film, because it showed me how living in another part of the world is, and also that you should never take certain things for granted. The parts that stood out to me, in the film was – when the children talked about there surroundings, friends, and also when they received the cameras and took pictures of their community and their living. 

 2)                  Yes, I did learn new, interesting things about photography, life and est. I learned that there’s more to photography then taking good pictures, and smiling for the camera. As well as, life is hard, even for those who don’t deserve it- meaning little children who has to work all day, just to get a few cents and take care of themselves. 

 3)                  I think that the world needs to take a drastic change by: donating (food, money, clothing and other helpful necessities for living), adopting (children, animals and others), and by realizing that many others has needs, feelings, and bad living conditions.

4)                  I am willing to be a part of the change by helping  charity centers, to donate food items, money, any other necessary things to help there living, and also to not waste certain things like water, food est.   

5)                  Yes, I do know a song that has lyrics about changing the world and that also talks about changing the world.
